MomCo Parent Meetup Group at Living Hope - Launching Fall 2025!
Want to get to know other parents in Saukville? Looking for a supportive community for moms in Ozaukee County? MOMCo (formerly known as MOPS) is coming to Living Hope Lutheran Church in Saukville! Join us for our first year in fall, 2025, as we explore this years’ theme: Make It Awkward. We can’t wait to meet you!
Who is MomCo for? MomCo is a ministry serving mothers of preschoolers. If you identify as a mom and have a preschooler in the household, please consider joining us!
Our mission is to create a supportive community where moms can build authentic relationships with each other while exploring their own faith. We do this by offering high quality childcare so you have time to talk with other moms uninterrupted. We will also feed you food you didn’t have to cook, and we’ll engage you with relevant crafts and speakers on topics of interest to the group such as finances, entertaining, organizing, etc.
2025-2026 Theme: Make It Awkward
Where: Living Hope Lutheran Church, 851 W Dekora St., Saukville, WI
When: Beginning on September 17, 2025, our meetups will be the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays each month from 9:30-11:30 am during the school year, ending on May 20, 2026. Note that we’ll take January 7 and April 1 off.
Fees: $140 for the full year or $80 for a half-year Sept-Dec/Jan-May. Child care will be $50 for one child or $75 for two or more children. Fees cover your MomCo membership fee, craft supplies, food, speaker fees, administrative expenses, and child care. That said, we never want fees to be a reason someone can’t join a meetup! Please talk to the coordinator confidentially if you need assistance with tuition—We got you!
Sounds great! How do I join? Please fill out the form below or at https://www.themom.co/groups/livinghopelutheransaukville and we will be in contact with registration information.
Am I really welcome here? While we are a ministry of Living Hope Lutheran Church, we don’t expect you to be part of our church, to be Lutheran, or even Christian - and we’re not going to try to convert you! This is about community, a community where there’s room for everyone. As a group and as a church, we welcome and affirm participants of all family configurations, race, age, socioeconomic class, culture, sexual and romantic orientation, gender identity and expression, disability, neurotype, relationship status, citizenship and immigration status, background, and experience. In short, yes, you are welcome here. For more about our church’s beliefs, see the What We Believe page at ELCA.org.
